Our Team

Michael Sanchez: Owner
Michael has been in the construction industry since 1992. He began his career working in the brick mason's union for local commercial contractors. Michael was introduced to the necessity for proper water proofing and water diversion practices to protect against Oregon's in climate weather. After spending several years doing sales and project management, Michael decided to go off on his own and implement all of his knowledge into his own company. This is how Aspen Siding & Windows began. In Michaels spare time, he likes to golf, wake board, and spend time with family and friends. Michael and his wife are expecting their second child in spring of 2008.

Matt Sherrick: Sales Manager
Matt spent four years installing siding before he became the Sales Manager for Aspen Siding & Windows in 2007. When he came to Aspen he brought the experience of customer service and marketing skills. Matt enjoys golfing and attending sporting events in his spare time. In October 2007 Matt became a father for the first time.

Kelly Lynch: Project Estimator
Kelly is the newest addition to the Aspen Siding & Windows family. He has over 14 years of experience in project management and sales in the building industry. He enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, wake boarding, snow boarding, and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Kearney: Commercial Project Manager
Ryan has been with Aspen Siding & Windows since 2003. Before coming to Aspen, Ryan worked in the automotive industry for 8 years. He enjoys riding motorcycles, and involved in all of his children's sports programs.

Mike Dicklich: Residential Project Manager
Mike has been with Aspen Siding & Windows since 2004. Before coming to Aspen, he spent ten years rebuilding homes. He enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, golfing and riding dirt bikes in his spare time.

Blake Parker: Residential & Commercial Project Manager
Blake is also one of the newest additions to Aspen Siding & Windows. Before coming aboard in June 2007 he worked as a carpenter for many years in the Hardwood floor business. Blake also fought in Iraq for approximately two years. He enjoys golfing, fishing, camping and being with his family and friends.

Shawn Maierle: Financial/Administrative Manager:
Shawn has been with Aspen Siding & Windows since 2003. She is Aspen’s Financial / Administrative Manager and has been working in this field for over 9 years. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as being active outdoors in Oregon.

Crystal Riker: Office Administrator
Crystal has been with Aspen Siding & Windows since April of 2007. She is Aspen’s Office Administrator. Before coming to Aspen, Crystal spent two years working in the office at a car dealership. Crystal loves to dance and spend time with her friends and family.
